services
Services provided by the GSA are designed to enhance the overall experience of graduate students at the university.
What is a service?
A service is something that is offered to our members to make your life better outside of campus and your academic studies. This often includes us working with external partners to provide these services.
These services encompass a wide range of offerings, including legal aid, income tax assistance, health and dental plans, transportation passes, student advising, and more. By utilizing these services, graduate students can navigate various challenges more effectively, focus on their academic pursuits with peace of mind, and access support tailored to their needs. Whether it’s seeking advice on complex legal matters, obtaining assistance with tax filings, or securing essential health coverage, our services are here to ensure that graduate students can thrive both academically and personally during their time at the University of Waterloo. We encourage all graduate students to explore these offerings and take advantage of the resources available to them, empowering themselves to make the most of their graduate experience.
