Tolulope Alayande is a graduate student in the Civil Engineering department and she’s passionate about engineered wood as a structural material. She’s currently investigating a few engineered wood products and continues to lend her voice towards sustainable practices in the construction industry. She has over five years of professional experience as a Faculty, Project Manager, and Student Engagement Coordinator. She loves to meet and interact with people of all cultures. She describes the years she spent in Kyoto, Japan as nothing short of beautiful. When she’s not working professionally, she’s spending time with her daughters and husband.
