Job description: The Equity Coordinator, co-leads the GSA’s Equity Strategy and Advocacy Initiatives alongside the Vice President of Advocacy. These Initiatives include promoting gender and racial equity on campus, and advocating for graduate students that are racialized, Black, Indigenous, disabled and/or members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. 

Meet Reagan: 

My name is Reagan and I am currently doing a Masters in Global Governance. My personal area of focus is climate policy, so I am super passionate about climate change mitigation and multilateral international solutions. I’ve been involved with student unions and student associations for about 4 years now, so I’m very excited to take on equity initiatives at the GSA! 

What is your go-to karaoke song? 

Anything Whitney Houston! No, I can’t sing. Yes, I embarrass myself every time.  

If you were to choose your superpower, what would it be? 

It would 100% be teleportation. After work I would disappear to a beach somewhere (and come back the next day, I promise).  

Which movie, TV show or book can you watch or read over and over without getting tired of it? 

I’m a huge MCU fan! So (almost) anything within the Infinity Saga.
