If you are unable to attend a Council Meeting in person, you may send a proxy in your place by submitting this form.
The proxy must be deposited with the Chair of Council before any vote is cast under its authority. The Chair should announce proxies at the start of the meeting, or when the proxy is registered. A member may not act as a proxy for more than two members.
The graduate student proxy may be asked to show their UW graduate student ID prior to the meeting.

The University of Waterloo is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land promised to the Six Nations that includes ten kilometers on each side of the Grand River.
