Sara Drisdelle (she/her) is an MSc student in the Department of Kinesiology, with a specialization in Neuroscience. Her current research focuses on the influence of acute high-intensity exercise on brain function across age groups. Sara holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University, where she also received a Scotia Scholar’s Undergraduate award from the Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation for her research work. Sara is a recipient of the Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR) Banting and Best Canada Graduate Scholarship for her Master’s thesis at UW.
